SMS Specialist - Real Estate - Land Investing

As the SMS specialist, here are some of the tasks you will be responsible for:

- downloading DataTree lists (of new counties we will work in. These counties will be chosen by me. We use a template in DataTree, so its simple, dont worry)
- skiptracing lists (using DirectSkip)
- uploading lists to LC
- texting lists
- fielding lead calls, only when needed
- updating seller stages in LC
- adding sellers to drip campaigns
- doing follow up campaigns every 30 days
- downloading no response and wrong number csv files, updating Trello
- adding qualified seller leads into Slack for our Intake Manager to upload to Follow up boss
