Cold Caller - Apartment Building Acquisition

We are seeking a motivated and experienced cold caller to join our team as we expand our real estate portfolio. As a cold caller, you will be responsible for contacting potential apartment building sellers, and building rapport with them to ultimately secure an acquisition. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with making a high volume of calls. Must work USA daytime hours 8AM to 6PM. Must have 1-2 years of prior USA Real Estate/ Phone Calling or likewise USA job experience. Position is fully remote.
