Website Manager

We are looking for a virtual assistant to manage our Magento website. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing active listings, adding new product listings, keeping track of inventory, enabling preorders, and updating the website to reflect when items are back in stock. Additionally, the candidate should be experienced in posting good pictures for product listings and coordinating with the web team so that high-quality images are optimized for the web.

The candidate should also be well-versed in ensuring that products are associated with the correct categories, maintaining price changes, and managing pre-orders. Furthermore, the candidate should have some expertise in SEO so that our product listings will rank well in organic search.

When it comes to new listings, the candidate should ensure that all new listings (as well as old listings) have a GTIN. They should also ensure that all new products that are added to the shop and to the Google feed are categorized correctly by Google. Finally, the candidate should coordinate the addition of new products with the PPC & marketing team so that they are correctly managed in our PPC campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have significant experience in working with Magento and be able to work independently. They should also be detail-oriented, proactive and communicative.
