Experienced UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces that are visually appealing, easy to use, and engaging. You will work closely with our product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, define requirements, and create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. You will also be responsible for conducting user research, usability testing, and iterating on designs based on feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop user interfaces for web application
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
Conduct user research and usability testing
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and define requirements
Iterate on designs based on feedback
Ensure that designs are visually appealing, easy to use, and engaging
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices
Communicate design decisions and ideas to stakeholders and tea ---------- mbers

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
Strong portfolio of design projects, including web and mobile applications
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with user research and usability testing
Understanding of design thinking and user-centered design principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
