Sales Representative (work from your home)

We are a US-based house cleaning company and we are seeking for a dynamic Sales Representative to work with our customer support & sales department. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers by phone or email, pitching our products or services, and closing sales.

Key responsibilities:
- Send a daily report detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and set up appointments
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, live chat, messenger SMS
- Deliver compelling sales pitches to customers and answer their questions about our products or services
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Gather relevant customer information for follow-up calls
- Maintain positive relationships with existing customers
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and processes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing or customer service
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- A positive attitude, resilience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a full-time remote position. You need to have excellent English skills. Work hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm Central Standard Time $2/hr (to start) + sales commission, with raises every 6 months, and performance bonuses every 3 months. If you are selected, we will provide you with training about our services and we will teach you how to respond to customer queries via phone call, email, live chat, Facebook messenger, and SMS.
