HR Manager

Education: Graduate of Behavioral Science or another equivalent course

Experience:
5+ years in Human Resources, particularly in Compensation and Benefits
and a minimum of 3years leading compensation and benefits processes

Skills:
Computer literate, knowledgeable on Philippine labor laws, adept in
compensation and benefits standard in the Philippines as well as implementation
practices for salary/compensation review

Others: Excellent communication skills, and above-average decision-making skills.
