Phone Screener

Our team is currently looking for phone/technical screener to conduct phone interviews, screen job applicants, and update trakcers. The role requires strong communication skills, basic spreadsheet knowledge, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct phone interviews with job applicants
• Screen and shortlist candidates
• Meet daily and weekly quotas
• Update trackers as needed

Requirements:
• Strong communication skills
• Basic Excel knowledge
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Strong decision-making skills

Rate and Schedule:
• $4.00-$5.00/hour
• Mon - Fri; Full-time (35-40 hours/week)
• Weekly payment
