JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring for an HR Associate within the Philippines!

Responsibilities:

- Extensive experience in Timekeeping and Benefits:
-Handle government mandated compliance and reporting for SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR.
-Communicate compensation knowledge and practices to HR and other employees, including management.
-Ensure accurate management of employee benefits (leave, HMO, etc.)
-Handle government benefit processing (e.g. loan application, SSS Maternity, SSS Sickness, etc.)
-Conduct audits to ensure validity of all compensation data contained in the HRIS System
-Assist in the full run of payroll and benefits in the organization
-Assist employee offboarding and final pay computation processing (e.g. eligibility of leave conversion, etc.)
-Document and administer existing compensation programs, modules, policies and procedures

Main Objective as a Timekeeping Associate:

-Give Payroll Team confidence to process payments on time
-Zero out payment disputes by ensuing accuracy of time tracking reports
-Helps ensure compliance in the timekeeping ---------- sential Duties and Responsibilities:

-Primarily owns the administrative tasks of HR Timekeeping
-Add and edit time logs as reported by tea ---------- mbers, and as confirmed by Team Leader.
-Track all requests done by Tea ---------- mber/Leader
-Email Tea ---------- mber/ Team Leader for query regarding their time entries.
-Responsible for monitoring incorrect/missing entries, and reporting instances of incorrect entries to the supervisor/lead
-Send regular reminder to Service Delivery about the timekeeping process
-Runs time tracking tool report as needed.
-Closely coordinate with Payroll during payroll run.

To be successful you must:

-Should be comfortable with data entry and file management
-Must possess good speed and high accuracy in logging data
-Have the ability to identify errors in reports
-Be flexible and adaptable to changing needs
-Good verbal and written communication skills
-Have a good background in Microsoft Office Excel
-Time Doctor and other time tracking tool experience/knowledge is an advantage

HR Associate Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
-Previous experience working in Human Resources.
-Highly proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to maintain employee confidentiality.
-Superior attention to detail
-Friendly and professional demeanor.
-Good organizational skills.
-Empathy and an approachable demeanor.
-Attentiveness and honesty.
