E-commerce Purchasing and Logistics Assistant (Chinese-speaking)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive E-commerce Purchasing and Logistics Assistant with fluency in Chinese to join our ---------- this role, you will be responsible for purchasing items on various e-commerce platforms, tracking and managing logistics, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery. You will play a crucial role in supporting our e-commerce operations by maintaining a smooth purchasing and delivery process and working closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

Purchase items on e-commerce websites, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgets.
Monitor and track logistics status, proactively resolving any issues that may arise.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, shipments, and delivery ---------- municate with internal teams to provide updates on orders and logistics

Required Skills:

Fluent in Chinese (both spoken and written) is a must, as the role involves communication with Chinese suppliers and navigating Chinese e-commerce platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in e-commerce purchasing, logistics, or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Taobao, Tmall, ---------- ) and their purchasing processes.
Familiarity with logistics and shipping processes, including international shipping.
