My Biz Niche is a full-service digital agency specializing in custom website design, development, and online marketing.

We are currently looking for a talented Content Writer to join our team who has the ability to think both creatively and analytically, who can produce creative content that is specifically crafted to capture attention of particular target audiences.

Major Goal:
The Content Writer's main goal is to create content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and company websites. The Content Writer's responsibilities include evaluating analytics to adjust content as needed, regularly updating the company's website, and promoting the company blog by pitching articles to various third-party platforms. You should also be able to follow editorial guidelines when creating content.

To be successful in this role, you should keep abreast of the latest SEO techniques. Ultimately, a top-performing Content Writer should be able to contribute to the development of strategies that will increase reader engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop a comprehensive content strategy across multiple platforms, including the client’s business website and social media channels.
- Implement SEO best practices to ensure all content ranks well and demonstrates an understanding of its target audience.
- Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.
- Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and company websites.
- Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
- Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
- Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.
- Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.

Skills Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field.
2. Proven content writing or copywriting experience.
3. Working knowledge of content management systems.
4. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
5. Excellent writing and editing skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
8. Effective communication skills.
9. Comfortable using Hubstaff to keep track work hours.

Our work schedule is from Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Philippine time. We use Hubstaff to time track work hours and monitor productivity output.

We offer paid leaves, holiday pay, performance bonus and 13th month pay.
