About the role:

We are currently looking for a Revenue and Collections Payment Reconciliation Team Lead specialised in food Delivery platforms. This role will also be a Subject Matter Expert on all Delivery configurations and perform data analysis for Delivery performance.


Key Responsibilities:

DELIVERY RECONCILIATION:
- Reconcile the reported Delivery revenue on different platforms against payment received on a weekly basis.
- Escalate any reconciliation issues (e.g. Sales variances/payment variances) to the appropriate party and own those issues until resolved
- Manage any transaction disputes and track those disputes until resolved

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES (DELIVERY):
- Full ownership of following up all variances/receivables from the reconciliations with the appropriate parties until resolved

SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT ON DELIVERY:
- Responsible for all configurations/arrangements on new or existing delivery platforms (e.g. setting up bank details, BI reporting, portal access, etc)

DATA ANALYSIS:
- Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports for management to monitor all delivery performance
- Completing ad hoc general accounting projects and requests


Skills & Experience:

As a candidate for this position, you will demonstrate:
- Experience in dealing with Food Delivery platforms preferred
- Experience with reconciliations and high-volume transaction environments strongly preferred
- Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases, Power Query preferred
- Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details
- Fluent in written and oral English
- Flexible work approach to meet the varying demands of an ever-changing and fast-moving environment
- Ability to follow a process-driven environment
