Social Media Manager

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team. As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies for our brands to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute social media strategies across all platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
-Create and curate engaging content, including posts, stories, and reels, that align with our brand guidelines and effectively communicate our products, benefits, and reviews.
-Monitor social media performance and analytics, and adjust strategies as needed to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
-Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and creative development.
-Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency of messaging and alignment with overall marketing goals.
-Engage with customers through comments, messages, and reviews to maintain a positive brand reputation and foster customer loyalty.
-Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure the continued success of our social media efforts.

Skills:

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
Experience with social media advertising, including budget management and targeting.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Passion for social media and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
