NOTE: This role will start as a part-time (4 hours) position, and will be subject to a full-time (8 hours) consideration after a month. We follow Melbourne office hours, so please don't apply if you're unable to work on those hours. Salary rate is not open for negotiation.
We are in search of a skilled virtual assistant with technical confidence to collaborate with our client. Your duties will involve maintaining the client’s systems and CRM, managing
Tasks And Responsibilities:
- Maintain the clients’ training management system with new enrollments, contacts, cancellations, etc
- Maintaining the clients’ CRM system – Hubspot
- Rolling out new Learning Management System
- Quickly reviewing and identifying technical issues as they arise in the system
- Ensure that all tasks in ClickUp are completed
- Administering clients into these new systems once the rollouts are completed
The ideal candidate:
- Has experience with CRM (Zoho/Hubspot/Salesforce, etc)
- Has experience with any LMS tool or training management system
- Has confidence owning technical projects and setting up a workflow for it
- Has excellent written and verbal English?- Loves and is talented at solving difficult and complex problems
- Prides yourself on being customer centric and working out the best way to support your clients and their clients
