Experienced Accountant Needed for Retail/Distribution Company

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our client's growing retail/distribution company. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts, and preparing financial reports. This is a full-time position with flexible hours, and the salary range is $7-10 per hour (depending on experience).

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business/Accounting/Finance
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting & finance handling financial reporting
* Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations
* Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
* Experience with Quickbooks or other accounting systems/ERP
* Experience in the retail/distribution industry
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (advanced skills including V-lookups and Pivot tables). Must be ready to take client's skill test to check proficiency.
* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
* High level of confidentiality
* Strong data entry skills
* Excellent customer service orientation
