Shopify VA

We are seeking a skilled Shopify Virtual Assistant to join our client's team. The ideal candidate should be an expert in Shopify with great customer service skills, email management, and English language proficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage our client's Shopify store, update product listings, and ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Handle email management, including responding to inquiries, managing spam, and prioritizing important messages
• Manage inventory levels, monitor product trends, and create purchase orders
• Track and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide an exceptional shopping experience

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of college education
• At least 1 year of experience in Shopify and 2 years of experience in a customer service role
• Proficient in the English language
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented and organized
