We are starting up a law firm on June 1, and are seeking an experienced virtual assistant to assist in overseeing the transition. Tasks will include: Building and overseeing a transition timeline, and staying on top of a global team of about a dozen people to make sure tasks are accomplished on time. You will be required to keep in contact with web developers, graphic designers, video editors, social media people, etc. You will be expected to ask for corrections when items are not up to specifications.
Additionally, you may be asked to assist the owners with day-to-day personal tasks such as booking travel, e-mail management, etc.
If you do a good job in the first month, we can potentially extend a probationary period for further employment after that.
For the next month or two, we will need you to work stateside hours (Central Daylight Time), but after that, scheduling may be more flexible.

*Be a creative thinker and collaborator
*Work product in English must be essentially perfect; I expect everything to be spell checked, grammar checked, etc
*Help our business with complex research tasks
*Coordinate tasks with other virtual assistants
*Manage e-mail, calendar, etc.
*Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
*Provide daily updates on what you've been working on
*If you are having trouble meeting a deadline, I need to know right away. I can help you if I know about problems in advance, but I can't miss deadlines in my line of work.
Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.
