JOB OVERVIEW

We are a leading Strata Management business with our Head Office in Sydney (Australia) with a strong reputation for providing excellent service to our clients. We are currently seeking a Property / Strata Management Compliance Officer to join our team on a remote working ---------- eck out our business and team at ----------

You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining a schedule of various mandatory and legislated compliance matters for our managed buildings, working directly with our Strata Managers and assistants. You will be following our strata management policies and procedures utilising our industry specific software as well as conducting regular audits of our operations to identify areas for improvement.

The primary role involves coordination and communication with owners, tenants, trades and our managers for; Annual Fire Safety Statements, lift compliance, plumbing and electrical compliance, insurance renewals and reviews etc. there will also be other coordination and audit tasks from time to ---------- munication and keeping all parties constantly updated is key to the success of this role. Exceptional organisation skills, written and verbal communication and proficiency in English is critical.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with the Strata Management team to action and provide support on compliance matters.

* Conduct regular audits of our managed buildings to ensure that all compliances tasks relating to the building are scheduled and on track for on time completion and submission.

* Liaise with external stakeholders, including government agencies and industry bodies, to ensure that our buildings are all up-to-date with mandatory submissions / lodgements and comply with any changes in regulations or industry standards.

* Regular reporting on any compliance or other matters off-track or overdue.

A very high standard of English and confidence is important to us due to the nature of our clients and communications.
