Domum Services is a leading staffing company based in Austin, Texas, that specializes in providing general labor for disaster recovery and restoration. With additional offices in Houston and Dallas, we serve commercial contractors across the country, simplifying their staffing needs and saving them time, money, and hassle. Our team of experienced general laborers are available to assist with cleanup efforts following floods, fires, hurricanes, tornadoes, storms, and other natural disasters nationwide. We are committed to making a positive impact by helping communities rebuild and recover from the devastating effects of these events.

We are looking for a FULLTIME LONG TERM FEMALE bookkeeper to join our team with the following qualifications:

1. Expert knowledge in the accounting cycle (end to end - from journal entry to the preparation of financial statements; p&l and balance sheet). CPA is preferred but not required.
2. Experienced in using QuickBooks Online or Advanced is REQUIRED. (please do not apply if you only google or watched youtube to learn QB)
3. Able to multi-task and deliver instructions correctly
4. Has common sense and can work with minimal supervision
5. Very organized and detailed oriented on financial matters
6. Someone who is enthusiastic and highly spirited and with a sense of responsibility for the job
7. Have graveyard experiences and no health issues working 10am - 6pm CST
8. Good English Communication skills both verbal and writing
