RPO Recruiter & Setter VA

Intro:
Jobnoon ( ---------- ) a recruiter agency that focuses on technology candidates for fast growing startups, and focuses on quality ---------- e process on website.

The VA will assist manager with straightforward candidate searching (via linkedin), messaging (via email/linkedin), and calling prospective clients (for setting up calls), and screening (available candidates) based on structured process.


Responsibilites:

2 types of tasks between Setting and Sourcing candidates will be completed by successful applicant.


Client Nurture
VA will be reaching out to prospective candidates during outreach.
1. emailing back prospect clients from outreach campaigns - using templates, instruction, and requesting appointments.
2. Calling prospective clients that expressed positive responses - To schedule client on calendar.
3. Reach out (via linkedin) for prospective clients (audio msg, message/inmail/connection request).


Candidate Sourcing
VA will contact & phone screen candidates for open positions:
1. Emailing back candidates from outreach - setting up screening appointments.
2. Contacting available candidates (linkedin) - setting up appointments.
3. screening calls - via script/training process, pre-screen applicants, and complete applicant screening sheet.

Reporting for daily sign off, and reviewing goals.


Bonus: When candidates are placed (hired), a bonus will be awarded.
