Hi I'm looking for a versatile individual with advanced English language skills to help me run Helpdesk and various development projects. You don't need to have technical skills, rather great writing and customer service skills important. Ideally if you have experience working with Jira software and gathered/created requirements from users before - e.g. when they want to create new feature in application.
