Creative Developer/Web Producer/Webmaster (HTML, Wordpress)

Hi there! I'm looking for creative developer to help build several websites.
I see our working process as the following: we conduct a voice call and I share an idea/topic of the website I'd like to build, then you find references of similar websites, share them with me, I tell you which I like/not and then you build similar website based on our/your vision. There is no strict requirements to follow as I'm looking for creativity primarily.
Ideally you have basic HTML skills and experience with Wordpress - we can actually use themes I have to build those websites out.
