JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SEO specialist, with a focus on white-hat link building strategies, to join our team and help our clients improve their online presence.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in acquiring mid to high Domain Authority (DA) backlinks through ethical, white-hat techniques, and a strong understanding of SEO best practices.

We will be building all of the on-page content for our client's website, it will just be up to you get mid-to-high quality backlinks (DA30+) to their websites.

We would prefer 5 or more backlinks per month, per website.

We primarily work with Lawn Care and Landscaping websites/businesses in the United States so our primary focus is on local SEO (versus national or global SEO).

The job will start as part-time, but will be able to move to full-time based on performance and company growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct research on niche-specific, mid to high DA websites and platforms for potential link-building opportunities.
2. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and target audiences to create customized link-building strategies.
3. Implement white-hat outreach techniques, such as guest posting, content marketing, and resource page link building, to acquire high-quality backlinks for our clients.
4. Monitor and analyze backlink profiles, ensuring that acquired links are from reputable and relevant sources and have a positive impact on clients' search rankings.
5. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as the number of acquired backlinks, referral traffic, and improvements in search rankings, to measure the effectiveness of link-building campaigns.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and link-building trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our clients maintain a competitive edge in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
7. Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize high-quality, engaging content that can be used for link-building purposes.

Preferences in Applicants:

- Proven experience in SEO, with a strong emphasis on white-hat link building strategies.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices, Google algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Exceptional research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and pursue high-quality link-building opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in crafting persuasive outreach emails and engaging content.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in SEO tools, such as Ahrefs, Moz, or SEMrush (examples only).
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends.
