IT Support WFH

We are looking for someone to join our MSP. We need somebody that will be able to log into client computers (desktops) and ensure they are fully updated and patched and work through any issues. You will not have any end user contact, and work will be done afterhours (in the USA). Must be able to multi-task. You should be able to work on 2-3 computers at a time. Once a comfort level is built, we will look at more complex tasks as needed.

We will provide you a list of computers and credentials, and you will patch and update devices, updating the list in SharePoint at end of ---------- fort level with RMM (N-able RMM is the one we use) is helpful. Must provide own computer and internet. Will discuss further details with qualified candidates
