Inside Sales Associate

Who are we looking for?
The Real Estate Inside Sales Associate is an individual who:

-Enjoys making new connections with people over the phone
-Has no fear of making phone calls
-Team Player with development focused mindset
-Great at following directions and looking for ways to improve processes
-Real Estate experience is a plus
-Minimum 2 years experience with Inside Sales

Duties:
-Calling contacts to set up appointments for our team to follow up with
-Utilize scripts in order to deliver optimal results with contacts
-Roleplaying and practicing to sharpen skills of not only the associate but other tea ---------- mbers
-Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
-Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
-Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates

Qualifications:
Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads preferred
2 years of experience with inside sales

Compensation: $5-$7 per hour
