ONSITE Inbound Customer Service Representative

About the role
Your role is to answer inbound calls, emails, and SMS to assist our customers with creating a quote, creating a booking, reschedule, or cancel a booking, etc.

Skills and experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- At least 1 year inbound experience in a BPO setup
- Strong communication skills
- Must be highly proficient with computers and online software (e.g. CRM, Voip systems, Google docs, livechat, etc.)
- Additional skills will be viewed favourably (e.g. social media management, copy writing, design, etc.)
