Wordpress website developer/designer

I am looking for a talented Wordpress website developer/designer to work on a project by project basis. In order that you understand the skills that I am looking for, the following is a specification of the project that I want created.

This will be a mini-site where clients upload details and photos to make an order. We will then use the details and photos to make a video presentation for the client (using Animoto). The end result will be a unique page that is contained in a popup lightbox with the hosted video and client information/images.

The site will cosist of the following pages:

Home Page - Single autostart videa with smal amount of text

Samples Page - sample of 3-4 videos

Order Page - Page where clients will provide information and upload 10-20 photos.

Contact Us Page - Standard contact page

Privacy Page - Standard privacy page

End Product Page - this will be a separate page made for each order. It will be based on a template that will be modified for each new client.

One particular concern is the database organisation of each order. I do not want photos to be mixed up between different orders.

I also want the site to be user friendly. I do not want repeat clients to fill in their normal details each time.

Site does NOT need and payment cart functions.

Content and videos to be supplied

Logo and images need to be created

Simply modern, minimal style required

SEO an advantage

Animoto use an advantage (for further work)
