Hello,

I am looking for a YouTube thumbnail designer for long-term collaboration. I am close to launching a YouTube channel with documentaries about how companies were built and about famous business people. I already have some YouTube experience.

For me, this is my full-time business and you can expect fro ---------- all the support you need to deliver your best work.

"BusinessStoriesOfficial" and “BigCompanyYT” are YouTube channels in that niche that work well. Please search it on YouTube and have a look to know the expectations.

2) Estimation of production time for 1 thumbnail of examples I provided. Imagine you receive a video idea and a title. How long would it take you deliver the finished thumbnail?
3) How many hours you are available per week
4) Expected compensation per thumbnail

I need 1-2 thumbnails per week. But I already have a backlog of 10+ finished videos. So if we work together, there is already more business waiting for you that you could work on immediately.

Expected qualifications:

- Proven track record of making well-designed and well-performing YouTube thumbnails (CTR)
- Good visual storyteller
- Able to develop/keep a consistent thumbnails style for a YouTube channel
- Able to stay within legal boundaries (YouTube fair use policy)
- Able to communicate fluently in English
- Good work-attitude
- Team player

Nice to have qualifications

- Can do content research for videos (I have some more tasks I want to delegate)
- You have experience growing a YouTube channel to a relevant subscriber count and views

Tasks you would take over

- Receive video idea and title
- Build and deliver finished thumbnail
- Communicate with team
