As a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist and Web Developer at Plufl, you will be responsible for improving our website's user experience and increasing conversion rates. Your expertise in web development and data-driven approach to optimization will be essential in driving the success of our online presence.

Responsibilities:

Analyze website performance and user behavior data to identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement A/B tests and other optimization strategies to improve conversion rates
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create engaging and user-friendly website content
Maintain and update the website, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness across devices
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in CRO and web development to continually enhance our online presence
Requirements:

Proven experience in web development and conversion rate optimization
Strong understanding of Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages necessary for Shopify
Ability to use Google Optimize and proficient in website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and A/B testing tools
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently
