Your responsibilities:

— Use of QuickBooks and SaaS Optics
— Track and Submit employee hours for payroll
— Provide Weekly Financial Reports
— Track and Pay Bills
— Track and Chase Accounts Receivable
— Develop, execute, and report maintenance between different systems from a data perspective.

Preferred skills to have:

— VERY HIGH ATTENTION TO DETAIL
— Reliable and willing to learn entering accounts receivables and payables into QuickBooks and use SaaS Optics in handling invoicing and managing orders throughout database
— VA needs to be HIGHLY TRAINABLE and be systems-minded
— Expertise in MS Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)
— Background in numerical data analysis and sifting through large data samples
— Background in US Finance is a plus, business analyst background is also a plus.
