Position Summary:
Vidsnax Brand Personality ideates and creates original content for our social media channels (mostly vertical short-form for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels).

Location: This is a remote position seeking to hire in the Philippines.

Responsibilities:
-Serve as on-camera personality for the brand.
-Generate regular innovative content ideas that help tell the VidSnax story.
-Film and edit content for approval.
-Meet established content creation targets.
-Deliver completed videos at the end of each week.
-Stay on top of and work with current content trends.
-Ongoing learning and growth within the role.

Qualifications:
-Ability to create, compose, and edit videos optimized for performance on social media.
-Experience on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
-Demonstrate a history of videos displaying your work as an online storyteller.
-Working knowledge of digital video editing.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-A dependable, trustworthy, and consistent colleague.
-The ability to work effectively from a remote location.
-Creative decision-making skills.
-Knowledge of professional audio and video editing and post-production procedures, techniques, and standards.
-Working knowledge of Dropbox and Slack.
-Ability to work daily on a flexible schedule, and deliver content promptly.
-Basic organizational skills for files and amid the editing pipeline (video conversion skills are a bonus!).
-Work during the US time schedule.

Position Requirements:
-Must have your own workstation.
-Strongly recommend reliable/fast internet connection.
-Must have own reliable computer/equipment for editing.
-Must be willing to learn and be trained.
-Must be able to accept and address creative notes.
-Must be able to work on your own, as well as with a team.
