Channel Listing Support Specialist

We are seeking a Channel Listing Support Specialist. This detail oriented role will work with multiple channels and marketplaces listing specific products through our Sellercloud listing software. The position will also be required to produce product data feeds/flat files when a specific channel/marketplace requires. The successful individual should be able to think on their feet and research missing information by scraping other websites when necessary. Position will work with Amazon Listing Support to ensure accurate information, fixing errors where appropriate and filing cases when necessary.

Responsibilities will include:

Listing and Content: Listing newly assigned items to marketplaces including Open Box, Scratch & Dent, Used-LN, Used-VG, FBM, and other product conditions. Creating Shadow SKUs. Ensuring content and variables are assigned on a per SKU basis.

Reporting: Running profitability reports to highlight order specific items that may require price increases on a per channel ---------- diting: Ensuring that all listings are set up properly in Sellercloud and to each individual marketplace. This includes maintaining files to audit all photos, variations, short and long descriptions, bullets and categories.

Qualifications:
Must have 3-5 years relevant work experience
Must have solid knowledge and experience on the following
- Any of the Listing software experience: Sellercloud, Selleractive, ChannelAdvisor, Sellbrite, Feedonomics, CedCommerce, or other similar software
- Walmart Seller Central: Listing, Filing Cases, Pro Seller Metrics, Shipping Template Knowledge
- Ebay: Ebay seller manager, error/suggestions, listing ( Terepeak research knowledge a plus)
- Google Suite
- Microsoft Excel (.xls and .csv)
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Fast and stable internet connection (backup internet connection is required)
Must be willing to commit to only one employer


Great to have experience on the following:
- Shopping cart software: Shopify
- Amazon sellercentral experience
- Newegg SellerPortal; Flatfile loading, Shipping Templates
- Etsy, Reverb, Wayfair, HOUZZ, Mercado Libre; basics of listing and category management
- Understanding of Fulfillment Operations of 3PLs a Plus

Expected Hours of Work: 9AM to 5PM EST, Mondays through Fridays (40 hours per week)


Work Environment: Remote
Starting salary: $5/hour ( new hire will undergo a probationary period of 90 days and potential increase may be granted based on performance
