Expert Web Designer

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to understand project requirements and objectives.
Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with our brand identity, target audience, and industry best practices.
Utilize Figma to design wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user ---------- velop a webkit for colors, typography, spacing, and other design elements to maintain consistency across digital products.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points, and incorporate findings into design decisions.
Apply best practices in user experience design to optimize user flows, information architecture, and overall usability of digital products.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, troubleshoot issues, and maintain design integrity throughout the development process.
Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies, and industry standards to continuously improve design quality and ---------- ntor and provide guidance to junior designers, offering constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine design requirements, balancing business objectives with user needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field (equivalent work experience will be considered).
Proven experience as a web designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX/UI design.
Extensive experience in using Figma as the primary design tool to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity ---------- -depth knowledge of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Strong understanding of web standards, responsive design, and mobile optimization techniques.
Proficient in creating and maintaining a webkit for colors, typography, spacing, and other design elements.
Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with developers.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts and explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
