Training Specialist with BPO Experience

We are seeking a Training Specialist to join our team and help ensure a successful training experience for new employees.

The Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing training plans, enhancing the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that will boost new employees workplace performance in alliance with the company's core values.


Your Responsibilities...
.• Conducting new joinee orientation for all the functions in the organization
.• Preparing/Updating the training modules
.• Translating requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
.• Welcome call/emails and acclimate newly hired healthcare professionals to the business and conduct orientation sessions
.• Contacting existing Healthcare Professionals and training them on different tools/updates/app etc
.• Periodically evaluate ongoing training programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
.• Coordinates or performs administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs.

You're a Good fit if...
.• 1-2 years of BPO experience
.• Experience in conducting induction programs will be a plus
.• Detail-oriented and proficient with Microsoft office
.• Good communication skills, excellent telephone presence, and creative thinking
.• Self-Starter with willingness to learn

Benefits
Salary - PHP 22,000 - 24,000
