UGC Coordinator for E-commerce/Dropshipping Brand

We are seeking an experienced UGC Coordinator to join our team and help us create high-quality user-generated content for our e-commerce/dropshipping brand. As the UGC Coordinator, you will be responsible for finding and working with actors and influencers to create engaging content for our brand.

Responsibilities:

Post job ads on Backstage and other platforms to find new talent.
Find and email influencers to collaborate with.
Manage communication with hundreds of actors and influencers.
Ensure that the content created matches our customer avatars and quality standards.
Negotiate with actors and creators to perform the content within our budget constraints.
Ensure that the actor is committed to the task before sending them the product.
Follow up with creators to ensure that content is delivered on time and meets our brief.
Upload approved content to our Google Drive and assign tasks to our video editors in ClickUp.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in coordinating user-generated content campaigns for a brand or agency.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram.
Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple content creators and campaigns.
Familiarity with platforms such as Backstage to source actors and influencers.
Strong attention to detail to ensure that the content matches our customer avatars and quality standards.
Ability to analyze social media data to determine which campaigns are working and make adjustments as ---------- your cover letter, please mention your relevant experience in coordinating user-generated content campaigns and how you manage communication with hundreds of actors and influencers.
