Textbook designer and formatter needed

I’m looking for an enthusiastic textbook graphic designer and formatter to assist me in sourcing images and graphics for an economics textbook I have written. I have the text content. However, I have not formatted it nor sourced graphics for ---------- will be your job to format the textbook and source graphics.

Prior experience in formatting textbooks is necessary. Furthermore, great graphic design skills are necessary as well. You will be paid $50 flat for formatting and adding pictures from the internet/designing graphics for 350 pages of the book. Speed and efficiency are key as I'll also have a $25 bonus if you finish within a month.

We will have a 1-week training/trial period where you will be expected to format some text, create some designs, and source images. We will then assess your capabilities for the job before it is d ---------- whether or not to move forward.

I’d like this person to work several hours per day on this project. The ideal candidate must have HIGH attention to detail. If successful with the above, down the line I will pass on more even more work opportunities.
