Archicad Architectural Draftsperson

We are searching for a competent architectural draftsperson to join our team on either a part time or full time basis.

The ideal candidate will;
-Have a minimum of 2 years using Archicad
-Be competent to produce all building plans including Development Permits and Building Permits
-Have previous Australian Experience (Western Australia preferred)
-Competently understand and be able to interpret Australian Nation and local council building codes (Australian Standards, Residential Design Codes and other Local Planning Policies).
-Experience with a variety of projects preferred including new homes, renovation and commercial developments
-Experience with multiple construction methodology including but not limited too; double brick; timber, steel and concrete tilt panel.
-Fluent English (written and verbal)
-Able to provide examples of previously completed work
-Provide own computer (software provided) to work from home
