Cold Caller for US Based Real Estate Company– Significant Experience Required
We are looking for someone to do full time calling for a US based real estate company where we buy properties directly from ---------- ndidates must speak English fluently and be very comfortable speaking English on the ---------- ndidates must genuinely enjoy talking to people and be very outgoing people to excel in this position. Must have at least 2+ years of calling for US-based companies or other English-speaking, non-U.S. companies, be very motivated and be able to work independently. Market salary and significant bonus potential.
Job Requirements:
The candidate must have:
-Reliable working internet
-Laptop and/or Computer
-Doesn’t work for anyone else
-Work reliable and consistent hours (at least 40 hours a week)
-Send daily updates to management
-MUST KNOW HOW TO USE MOJO DIALER
-MUST INSTAL TIME DOCTOR
Technology Skills:
- Must know how to use computer and basic software programs well, including Microsoft Excel
- Must have reliable Internet services
Communications Habits:
- Fluent speaking ability in English and fluent English writing ability
- Must be available weekly (Monday-Friday) during working hours (expectation of full-time support). Can also work on the weekend as needed.
-General work may be performed during the day in your local Philippines time but occasional time during US Eastern Time will be required
- Must be rapidly accessible and responsive using email and Skype and/or Whats App
Desired Attributes:
- Very Outgoing, Honest, Hard Working, Friendly, Self Motivated, Disciplined
- Professional and businesslike on the phone and in written correspondence
- We are looking for a full-time, committed caller. We expect the candidate to not take on additional project work for other companies, etc. Multiple employers will result in no payment for services.
Expected Compensation:
- Range: $6.00 per hour US
- Bonus: Significant bonus potential possible on a per deal basis. If your call leads directly to us buying a property, you will receive a $1,000 bonus when we buy that Property.
- Will be paid monthly in arrears using PayPal
