We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Golf Cart Geeks. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, developing strong relationships with customers, and driving sales of golf cart parts, accessories, and lithium batteries.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new business leads through various channels such as cold-calling, networking, and online research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through online communication channels and virtual meetings
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions to enhance their golf cart experience
- Conduct online product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Use Pipedrive and other company to to nurture, close leads and provide monthly reporting
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on new products, industry trends, and competitors
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proven sales experience in the automotive or related industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Familiarity with golf carts and their components is a plus
- Proficient in e-commerce platform / tools such as shopify, pipedrive, video conferencing software, and CRM software
- Reliable internet connection and access to necessary communication technology
