VA with healthcare and online research

I am looking for a VA that can assist with powerpoints, word documents, PDF's and things like ---------- will all be focused on nuclear medicine technology as well as the american heart association CPR BLS training. I am looking for someone that is thorough with their online research to assist me. This will be the first major tasks. Then more organizational tasks will follow. Looking for long term VA.
