JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist with blog management tasks, including posting blog articles, updating pictures, adding internal links, and managing comments. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for posting content on our social media platforms and engaging with our online community.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and schedule blog posts using our content management system
• Edit and update blog articles, ensuring correct formatting, grammar, and punctuation
• Update and optimize images for blog posts, adhering to brand guidelines and dimensions
• Add internal links to relevant articles for improved user experience and SEO
• Monitor and respond to blog comments, maintaining a positive and engaging community
• Create and schedule social media content across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Assist with content planning and strategy for both blog and social media platforms
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in WordPress content management systems
• Experience with image editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop)
• Familiarity with social media management
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices and principles
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
