VA needed to record online lectures

I will be hiring someone within 1-2 of posting this, so please be prompt.
I have a few online lectures that need to be recorded periodically. I need a VA to record them. Essential requirements:
1) Should have a fast and stable internet connection
2) Should have quicktime
3) Good communication skills
