I am the CEO of 6 different businesses and looking for a person who will be available to do the following tasks:

1. Manage my email address using certain rules (use a template to reply to emails)
2. Doing outreach on LinkedIn
3. Make reservations by phone/email
4. Create graphics with Canva
5. Do Email research
6. Fill in PDF documents
7. Be available on Slack and WhatsApp to take tasks and do them fast

Do you have experience with all of this?

Amazing, here are a couple of things you need to do:

1. Send me an application, do not include anything else apart from what I am asking below
a.Start your application with "I am Rockstar VA you need", if you don't do this step, Our system will ignore your application
2. Answer the following questions:
a. Describe your previous Virtual Assistant job (if you were not a VA before - do not apply, only people with experience)
b. Provide 1 reference to your previous employers include: a) Person/Company Name b) email address (we will be contacting them, we will also check that it is a legit company, no friends)
c. IF we ask your employer to give you a score from 1 to 10, what score will they give you and WHY?
d. When can you start?
e. What hours can you work?
f. What tools did you use at your job?
g. Why do you think Taxi cabs are yellow?

Interview process:
1. I review your application
2. We will have a video call interview if your application passes the first stage, I will look at your attention details, your internet, and work conditions
3. If you pass the video call interview I will give you a paid trial week

Please note that this position is needed for a month only.
