JOB OVERVIEW

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Land Acquisition Specialist to join our land investment real estate team. The Acquisition Specialist directly reports to the Acquisition Manager. The Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the following:
Seller Lead qualification (Pre-Offer)
Seller Lead Follow-Up (Post Offer)
Seller Lead Closing (Deal)

This includes communication with sellers and managing relationships, following up, and ensuring a smooth and efficient close. This position is responsible for driving the revenue of the company and demands a high level of accountability and commitment.

Objectives:
You will be qualifying and handling seller objections over the phone and via chat on Launch Control and Follow-Up Boss (CRM). You will also be responsible for following up, nurturing leads, negotiating, and sending contracts to get sellers under ---------- petencies:
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent Objection Handling & Closing skills
Excellent Written & Verbal Communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
High Level of customer service to sellers and other stakeholders
Available to work over the weekend (Saturday)
Problem-solving skills working with external and internal parties

Minimum Requirements:
Technology savvy using state-of-the-art CRM such as Salesforce, Follow Up Boss, and G Suite
Strong willingness to learn new software & workflows
Strong team player and ability to navigate difficult situations
Strong willingness to unlearn sales concepts and learn new ones to achieve company goals

Education & Experience
1+ years of experience working on USA real estate transactions is preferred.
2+ years of experience in a sales position is preferred.
Working knowledge of real estate law, contracts, and negotiations
Working with CRM software & workflows. (we don’t use spreadsheets)

Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
