Remote Estimator/Support

A high-end in GC in New York is seeking a highly qualified individual to
add to our Estimating team. This individual will be reporting directly to the Director
of Preconstruction. This person will be responsible for the following duties
among others:
-Conduct analysis of drawings and specifications.
- Prepare proposals.
- Prepare preliminary construction budgets.
-Prepare bid packages
- Review plans and issue RFIs
-Communicate with subcontractors and vendors to request
bids/quotes.

Experience:
A high degree of knowledge in blueprint reading,
-Microsoft Excel and On-Screen Take off is required.
-Proficient in Procore (preferred)
-Experience working with Bluebeam.
