- What we do -
Our company offers full service technical support for small US based businesses. Imagine businesses with employees that need help figuring out why their computer isn’t starting, or why email isn’t sending, or maybe they need a password reset.
Part of this also includes proactively following up on antivirus alerts, or ensure backups are running.

- Description of The Role -
The position is part-time. 30 hours per week.
The hours will be during company working hours (8am-5pm CST).
The role will be about 65% prospecting, email outreach, cold-calling, and LinkedIn lead generation. Digging up leads, adding them to our CRM, and ultimately getting the lead onto Sale’s calendar. You will be expected to manage the implementation of Target Campaigns that will be orchestrated with Sales and make it easier for you to generate leads.
There will be a base salary of $1000/mo plus incentives. For every lead that Sales closes and becomes a client, there is potential for a bonus depending on the type of account closed.
You will be expected to meet a minimum quota of bookings per month.

The other 15% of the role will be ensuring the monthly email newsletters (2) go out, as well as regularly posting to social media to keep it active.
The last 20% of the role will be administration and training.
