Social Media Manager / Content Strategist

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing efforts for our properties.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and improve marketing efforts for our real estate properties
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and create engaging content related to real estate news, property listings, and local events
- Monitor social media platforms for customer feedback and inquiries
- Analyze social media metrics to track success and optimize campaigns
- Collaborate with other tea ---------- mbers, to ensure brand consistency and drive lead generation
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and social media best practices in the real estate industry

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in the real estate industry
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools
- Excellent communication and writing skills with a strong understanding of real estate terminology
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
