Paid Advertising Specialist - Video Content

We are seeking a talented Paid Advertising Specialist to join our team and take the lead on driving our paid advertising ---------- this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective advertising strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions for our services.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective advertising strategies across various platforms including Youtube Advertising, Tiktok Advertising, Facebook Advertising, and Email Marketing.
Optimize campaigns to meet key performance indicators such as click-through rates, cost-per-click, cost-per-action, and return on ad spend.
Manage advertising budgets and monitor campaign performance to ensure maximum return on investment.
Conduct research and analysis to identify new advertising opportunities and target audiences.
Create compelling ad copy and design engaging ad creatives that align with our brand messaging and resonate with our target audience.
Work closely with the content team to create and promote video content across various platforms.

Requirements:

Proven experience in developing and managing successful paid advertising campaigns across multiple ---------- -depth knowledge of Youtube Advertising, Tiktok Advertising, Facebook Advertising, and some Email Marketing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

Experience working with video content is a must.
