JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain client websites using WordPress, ensuring optimal functionality and responsiveness across various devices and platforms.
Implement UI/UX best practices, enhancing website usability and user satisfaction.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, goals, and target audience, translating their needs into effective website ---------- egrate and manage ads, retargeting/remarketing mechanisms, and other marketing tools on LinkedIn, Meta, and search engines to help clients achieve their business objectives.
Continuously monitor and analyze website and ad performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients as needed.
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cutting-edge solutions.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Proven experience developing WordPress websites, including custom themes and plugins.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
Experience with ads integration, retargeting/remarketing mechanisms, and digital advertising on platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, and search engines.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present concepts and ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and SEO best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with e-commerce platforms, such as WooCommerce.
Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first development.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
Proficiency in other Content Management Systems (CMS) is a plus.
