Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI designer with a great eye for design to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio demonstrating their design skills and proficiency with Figma. As a UX/UI designer, you will work collaboratively with product managers and developers to create user-friendly and visually appealing designs for our web and mobile interface.

This is a part-time position with the potential to become full-time in the future.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine design concepts based on user needs and business goals.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma to communicate design concepts and functionality to stakeholders.
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that are consistent with brand guidelines.
- Develop design systems and maintain style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve the user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
- Envision and mock up design changes for existing website pages as needed.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UX/UI designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and expertise in Figma.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
- Understanding of front-end web development technologies and best practices.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scru ---------- thodology is a plus.
