Temp Expert Webmaster needed right now...Bonus included

Our webmaster is sick and I need someone who is an expert in both designing and development to work with me via Skype.
This is a temp position, possibly permanent if you are a good fit for us. Must be able to speak English and have a headset.
I must fill this position in 1 hour from now. Salary is 8,000 php for one 40 hour week plus a 2,000 php bonus at the end of the week if your performance is good.
